"The instruction here is TOP notch, individualized, and innovative! My older daughter has been a student for over three years and has made wonderful progress. She enjoys her classes immensely and is motivated to keep playing. Now, my younger daughter is enrolled and is having a great time too. Worth every penny!!"
"My son, Joshua, has been a student of Patti Misita's since he was in second grade. Now a junior in high school, I have seen him become an accomplished musician under Patti's guidance and the guidance of Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Megan at the Center for Musical Arts. Josh has experienced everything from solo competitions to performing as a part of quartets and trios. Aside from the ribbons, trophies, and awards, I have seen students blossom into true musicians who have a sincere love for music and for performing - not just with technical precision, but also with musicality and a true feel for the piece they are performing. If you or someone you know is looking for music teachers who develop the whole child personally and musically, look no further than the Center for Musical Arts."
Center for Musical Arts was founded in 2013 by three independent piano teachers in Baton Rouge: Patti Misita, Laura Pray, & Megan Reilly Shannon. Their mission is to provide a musical community that fosters collaboration and creativity, while providing students with the fundamental skills needed to enjoy a lifetime of music making. Learn more>>
