Every child wants to explore and create at the piano. This camp will give students the tools and techniques needed to turn their "doodling" into a finished piece of music. In the process, students will learn practical applications of theory, gain more respect for detail in written music, and feel pride in performing their own work. In addition to four group sessions, students will attend follow-up sessions to polish and add more detail to their work. At the end, the student will have a computer generated score complete with artwork on the cover as a keepsake.
GOING BUGGY FOR RHYTHM!
